A $85.00 deposit is required of all new customers requesting service or transfer of ownership. This deposit earns interest yearly and the interest is applied to the the customer’s account. The deposit, less any unpaid charges, will be refunded to the customer within thirty days (30) after the customer notifies the District in person to disconnect the service. A $17.00 service charge is required when a meter is turned on, a reading obtained, or reinstalled. Anytime a customer desires to make an address change, they must do so by sending a note, with a signature, by mail or fax or by visiting our office.
